Non-Refundable Services
All flight bookings made through Fligthtodeal – including any additional charges such as Convenience and Service Fees – are strictly non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so by calling us directly.
When Refund Requests Are Accepted
- You have submitted a cancellation and refund request through us.
- The airline’s fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds.
- You were not a “No Show” passenger (bookings marked as No Show are not eligible for waivers or refunds).
- The airline or supplier has granted us a waiver to process your refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refund timelines depend heavily on the airline and supplier. While we cannot provide an exact duration, refunds typically take
60–90 days from the date you request a cancellation until the amount is reflected in your bank account.
Refund Process
- Once you request a cancellation with our customer service team, we’ll send you an acknowledgment email. (This is not a confirmation of eligibility, but only a receipt of your request.)
- We will then coordinate with the airline/supplier to check if a refund is possible.
- If the airline approves, we’ll inform you of the outcome. The actual credit may take additional time depending on your bank or financial institution.

Service fees linked to your original booking are non-refundable.
Refund fees are applied per ticket, per passenger.
Error in Fare or Booking Display
We work hard to display accurate fare and itinerary details. However, in rare cases, errors may occur during booking. If your reservation is confirmed before the error is corrected, and the fare has increased, you may either:
- Pay the difference in fare, or
- Cancel the booking.
Standard Refund Timelines
- Cancellations within the void window: Refunds are usually processed within 24–72 business hours.
- Cancellations after the void window: Refunds may take 4–5 business weeks or longer, depending on the airline and your bank.
If a duplicate refund is accidentally credited, you must return the excess amount to Fligthtodeal.
Exchange & Cancellation Rules
- All confirmed airline tickets are 100% non-refundable unless specifically permitted by the airline.
- Some airlines may allow cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure (via our customer service team only).
- Partially used tickets (e.g., one-way of a round trip) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Non-refundable tickets may sometimes be exchanged for a new ticket (equal or higher fare only) with the same airline, subject to their rules.
Exchanges usually involve:
- Airline penalties
- Fare differences (if the new ticket costs more)
- A limited validity period (check with the airline for expiry dates)
Itinerary Modifications
We can request changes to your itinerary (travel dates, routes, etc.), but approval is strictly up to the airline.
If allowed, the following charges apply: airline penalties, fare difference, and our change/exchange service fee.
Processing a modification request can take up to 72 hours. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by delays in modification.
⚠️ Please always contact Fligthtodeal directly for cancellations or changes. If you approach the airline yourself:
- We may not be able to assist further.
- Refunds, if any, may take longer than usual.
- You may also receive an additional invoice from us for modification fees or penalties.
Special Circumstances (e.g., Medical Reasons)
- Refundable tickets may be cancelled by paying the airline penalty + our service fee.
- Changeable tickets may be rescheduled by paying the penalty + service fee + fare difference.
- If permitted by the airline, you may keep the ticket in an open status for future travel (with penalties and fees applied).
- Otherwise, the ticket value will be forfeited.
Service Fees
We reserve the right to charge a service fee per ticket for:
- Booking cancellations
- Date changes
- Ticket exchanges
Some partner websites may offer 24-hour free cancellation, valid only within that specific window.
